YOGURT AND PEAR SMOOTHIE
Yogurt and Pear Smoothie by Maya Nassar
(Makes four servings)
Ingredients:
2 chopped pairs
3.5 cups of low fat yogburt
2 tbsp. honey
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
Mix nutmeg, pear, honey and cinnamon in a blender. Divide between four glasses and sprinle with cinnamon.
