The 4 Elements to Successful Results

Many people have emailed me saying they’ve tried everything but are unable to reach their fitness goals. When I ask them a few questions, it becomes quite obvious that they haven’t really tried everything. Below are a few examples: Are you following a clean diet? “Yes, but I can’t give up chocolate.” Are you exercising? “Yes, I walk on the treadmill. Isn’t that enough?” Are you drinking alcohol? “Yes, I can’t give that up.” Are you lifting weights? “Not really. I thought walking was enough” The truth is nothing preventing you from achieving the body you want other than working ...

Endorsed by the Lebanese Minister

I am really proud to announce that I have officially been endorsed by the Lebanese Ministry of Youth and Sports as an athlete and will represent Lebanon in my upcoming competition with the WBFF in Denmark. Time to Start Competing!

It’s been nearly three months of training/dieting and now I will be jetting off in a couple of days to start competing. I’ve had some extremely busy moments and have been juggling my preparation with planning my wedding in August, renovating my new house-to-be with my fiancé and meetings to open a gym. Officially Won First Place!

The athletes were all in tip top shape, especially the girls in the bikini category and I’m absolutely flattered that I won. Everyone was so friendly backstage, including the male and female participants and the event organizers. The show was a great success! The day started off with an early morning drive from London to Kent where the competition was being hosted with my group of girlfriends from Beirut ...

My Next Goals

After an extremely busy start to the month of May, I am really happy to be back in Beirut and ready to focus on my next few goals. I finished competing in two fitness competitions in Europe and believe I have grown as a person and learnt a lot. I experienced what it is like to work hard and never give up. I pushed to my limits mentally and physically. I did not give up no matter how tired or weak I felt. I followed my diet regardless of how hungry I was or whoever ate dessert right in front ...
