STRING BEAN SALAD

Ingredients
500g green string beans
1 tablespoon basil oil
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
A big handful of arugula
handful almond shavings
salt
pepper
Directions
Bring a big pan of water to a boil and add some salt. Put in the beans for 2/3 minutes and then take them out and rinse with ice-cold water and set aside. In a small bowl, mix the basil oil and olive oil with the apple cider vinegar. Roast the almond shavings briefly. Mix the beans with the arugula and pour over the dressing and mix . Lastly, sprinkle the almonds on top of the dish and you're done!
