CHICORY PEAR SALAD

Another quick and tasty salad which is low in calories!
Here’s what you need to serve 4 people
4 chicory heads
200 ml skimmed yoghurt
1/8 cup spring onions
50 g bleu cheese
Cut the chicory into rings of 0.5 centimeters. Slice the pears thinly and cut to about 1 cm.
For the dressing, simply add a little water to the yogurt to make it a bit more liquid. This is your dressing! Pour it over the chicory and pear. Add the finely chopped spring onions and crumble the blue cheese on top.
