CARROT HUMMUS

Carrot hummus

Serves 4

Great snack spread

Ingredients

2 cups of chickpeas

2 cups of jarred carrots (they are softer)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1/4 cup of lemon

cumin to garnish

Directions

Simply blend all the ingredients till you have a smooth mixture. Add salt/pepper and cumin to taste. Goes great on crackers or even as a dip for crudite.
