BAKED APPLES WITH NUTS

Baked Apples with Nuts by Maya Nassar

(Makes four servings)

Ingredients:

4 large apples

1/3 cup of raisins

2 tbsp. pistachios

1 tsp. cinnamon

3 tbsp. almonds

2 tbsp. honey

Directions:

Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and scoop out some of the flesh of the apples with a spoon. Mix the chopped apple flesh with raisins, almonds, pistachios, cinnamon and honey. Stuff the apples with the mixture and place apples on a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes then serve.
