This recipe is great for birthday parties or visitors. A light and healthy snack.


1 bunch radishes

2 tablespoons fresh chives

40 grams of Cottage Cheese

2 tablespoons whipped cream

3 slices of brown bread

pepper, salt


Toast the slices of bread and cut out little rounds which you will later place on single radishes. Count your radishes to know how many rounds you have to cut out of the toast beforehand.

For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the whipped cream, salt, pepper and chives. Scoop out the inside of every radish and fill the radishes with the cottage cheese/whipped cream and chives mixture. Grab a large dish and place the radishes on the small toast rounds.  Even though whipped cream isn’t necessarily low in fat, it doesn’t really do much harm when you make a lot of little bites. It does, however, really increase the richness of the flavour of these lovely stuffed radishes.

Calories per serving: 15 (for a batch of 30 radishes)
