STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Strawberry Smoothie by Maya Nassar

(Makes four servings)

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries

2 cups almonds

1 tbsp. syrup

1.5 cups of low fat yogurt

1 tbsp. strawberry syrup

Directions:

Chill strawberries for 30 minutes. Whizz strawberries, almonds, syrups and yoghurt in a blender. Divide mixture into four glasses and serve.
