Another great side dish full of flavour and vitamins! Serves 4


1kg fresh spinach

2 cloves of garlic

1 red chilli pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

optional, juice of 1 lemon


This recipe couldn't be any easier. All you need is a big pan where you'll first sauté the crushed garlic and finely diced red pepper with some salt and pepper. Then add all the (cleaned and drained) spinach and stir fry till dark green en done! When you serve this dish you could add some lemon juice for an extra kick.
