(Makes one serving)

2 oz of asparagus

1 tbsp. of olive oil

Juice from 1 lemon

2 oz of brown pasta

1 tsp of chopped dill

½ an avocado

Ground black pepper

1 cucumber


Boil the spaghetti for 8 minutes. Chop the asparagus and cucumber and peel and dice the avocado. Once the spaghetti is boiled, place into a bowl with the cucumber and asparagus. Add the asparagus to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Rinse the asparagus under cold water then add to the bowl. Grill the salmon for 3 minutes then add to the bowl. Mix the oil and the lemon juice together then drizzle over the bowl. Mix together then garnish with dill and season with black pepper.
