SALMON SPREAD FROM CANNED SALMON

This recipe is great for a quick lunch when you don't want to put in too much work, yet you want to enjoy something healthy and tasty.

Ingredients:

1 can of salmon (red salmon) 200 gram

chopped up dille

mayonaise (2 tbsp)

creme fraiche (2 tbsp)

lemon juice (1 tsp or to taste)

salt&pepper

Directions:

Mix everything together and mash with a fork for a more chunkier spread. If you're really going for a smooth spread then mix it with a blender.  Season with salt & pepper and voila! You can eat this with toast or spread on some cucumber. You could even remove the seeds from a cucumber and 'stuff' the cucumber with the spread and then slice it. The possibilities are endless with this spread! You could also serve it as a dip with some crudite.
