PRAWNS AND TOFU
Prawns and Tofu by Maya Nassar
Ingredients:
(Makes four servings)
400 tiger prawns
½ cup fish stock
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 green chili
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. sesame oil
8 oz tofu
Fresh ginger
Directions:
Heat oil, garlic and ginger in a wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add in tofu and beans and cook for 2 minutes. Finally add prawns, fish stock, fish sauce and a pinch of sugar. Cook until it starts to boil then serve.
