This recipe replaces sugar and sugar substitutes with fruits!


(Makes around 12 cookies)

100 g oatmeal (a little bit more than 1 cup)

1 ripe banana

5 dates

half an apple


Put the oatmeal in the kitchen machine and pulse a little (maybe 2/3 pulses) then add the fruits and you will see once mixed with the oats, it will become a batter. Now using a spoon, place cookies on the baking sheet and put in the preheated oven of 180˚C or 356˚F.
