GRANOLA BARS

Granola Bars by Maya Nassar

(Makes 16 bars)

Ingredients:

½ cup of butter

4 tbsp. molasses

1 cup apricots

1.5 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

1.5 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 cup oats

2.5 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Directions:

Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Place sugar, butter and molasses in a pan and heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Stir in remaining ingredients and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool then cut into even squares.
