BEETROOT SMOOTHI

Ingredients:

(Makes one serving)

1 small beetroot

2 apples

1 cup of water

½ a celery stick

2 tbsp. of lemon jice

½ inch slice of fresh ginger

Directions:

Peel and core the two apples and dice the beetroot and celery stick. Peel the ginger and cut the lemon in two and squeeze one half for the juice. Place into a blender and add the water. Place a lid and blend for 30 seconds. Add extra water and blend again for another 15 seconds.

Total calories per serving: 200
