YOGURT DELIGHT
Yogurt Delight by Maya Nassar
Ingredients:
(Makes four servings)
4 cups of nonfat yoghurt
4 tbsp of rolled oats
Handful of nuts
4 apples
2 bananas
2 cups of strawberries
2 tbsp of honey
Directions:
Mix yogurt with fruits, nuts, oats and honey. Divide equally into four bowls.
