GAZPACHO
Gazpacho by Maya Nassar
(Makes four servings)
Ingredients:
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. almonds
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 red pepper
500g tomatoes
1 cucumber
Directions:
Place tomatoes in a bowl and fill with boiling water then peel off skin. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper seasoning with the option of adding more sugar. Chill in the fridge for an hour then serve.
