HEALTHY BACON AND EGGS
Ingredients:
(Makes one serving)
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of tobacco sauce
2 eggs
2 rashers of bacon
Directions:
Grease a compartment of a cup-cake tray with olive oil and set the oven to 204 degrees Celsius. Line the compartment with a rasher of bacon. Place the tray into the pre-heated oven for 5 minutes and remove when the bacon starts to crisp. Separate the egg yolks and place into the bacon. Top up with the egg whites. Place in the oven and heat for approximately 10 minutes.
