4 healthy delicious salad dressings
The dressing of your salad can make a world of difference with a delicious taste. Aside form the flavor, dressings can vary from high fat to low fat. However, these recipes are guilt-free and healthy, and on top of it all: delicious. Enjoy!
Bangkok vinaigrette (1 cup of dressing)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of minced root of ginger
4 green onions finely minced
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions:
Simply mix everything together in a blender and voila you’re done! You can save this dressing for
2/3 days in an airtight container.

Orange vinaigrette (makes a little over a 1/4 of dressing)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of fresh orange juice (no pulp)
3 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
3 tsp of honey
2 tsp of a fine mustard of your choice (for instance Dijon)
a dash of black pepper and salt
Directions:
Just mix everything together and it’s done! If you need more dressing than 1/4 cup, you can just multiply
the ingredients by 2 or 3.
Under 100 calories per serving
Yogurt dressing
1/2 fat-free yogurt
half a clove of garlic
some parsley
salt and black pepper to taste
(optional add some chopped up cranberries)
Directions:
Smash the clove of garlic and add it to the rest of the ingredients

Balsamic vinaigrette (1/4 cup)
Ingredients:
1/8 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (brown or white)
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp of mustard
Directions:
Simply mix all together!
